Vague Vivante (Living Wave) is one visualisation of the idea that we, people - living things,  are just patterns in  energy that temporarily animate some matter. Our particular energy wave passes through its host of atoms across the time of our life. At the end, just as with a wave on the beach, the matter remains but the energy changes pattern and 'we' are gone. The Lego bricks go back in the box.

This conceptualisation runs counter to the way we habitually or culturally think of ourselves but in many ways is more harmonious with older ideas. The composition of blood and intracellular liquids reproduce the chemical conditions we evolved in as a species so have always been linked.. 

Every single note in what you hear was generated by liquids interacting with electrical energy.
